CSSOS OFFICERS CLUB & Resort is a Joint Venture Recreational & Hospitality Project of ARPL and CSSOS. Aditia Reality Pvt Ltd. (ARPL) is a company managed by the professionals from different fields established in 2017, which is the only exclusive Facilitation Agency for Central Secretariat Services Officers Society (CSSOS), a not-for-profit Welfare Society having Group 'A' Government Officers in its Executive Body from different departments like Ministry of Home Affairs, Finance, Industries, Urban Affairs etc. responsible for policy making of the Government. Aditia Reality Pvt Ltd. started with CSSOS's Residential Project "CSSOS Officers Enclave in L- zone, Dwarka based on Land pooling Policy under Delhi Master Plan 2021. In a short span of 3 years, Aditia Reality Pvt Ltd. established brand CSSOS known throughout the country and has crossed 1500 memberships across the country for their Residential Project, out of which 500 members have pooled the land cost, Aditia Reality Pvt Ltd. has now stopped the membership for CSSOS's L-Zone project as the DDA is yet to develop the sectors, however, it is starting Joint Venture Residential Projects in NCR and also has plans to enter into JVs in other parts of the Country with select Builders/ Developers having approved/ licensed Land.

Encouraged by the brand name, responses and suggestions from their members, Aditia Reality Pvt Ltd. and CSSOS created CSSOS Officers Club Pvt Ltd, an SPV which is now coming up with a Hospitality & Recreational project called "CSSOS Officers Club and Resorts" PAN India.
